We meet.
I bring the finished product to you directly and walk through what it does and how it performs. From there, we decide together what happens next.
From there, three outcomes
Keep funding it
You like what you see and decide the project is worth continuing to back. We keep going together.
Take 10%
You take a 10% stake in the company in exchange for the initial $150,000. Simple and fixed, no negotiation needed.
Get it back
You'd rather not continue. The full $150,000 comes back to you, interest-free, within 12 months of the meeting.
